Appliance repair is what I do for a living. I've spent years diagnosing and repairing these machines professionally — the free repairs get the same diagnostic process, the same proper parts, and the same standards as any paid job. And for your peace of mind: I'm licensed and insured, so you're not letting a random stranger loose on your appliances (or your kitchen floor).

Is it really free? How can you afford that?
Really free — labor and standard replacement parts cost you nothing. The video is what makes it work: every repair becomes content for my channel, and the channel is what funds the parts, tools, and gas for the next one. So by letting me film, you're not just getting your appliance fixed — you're paying it forward to whoever gets picked next.
Where do you do this?
Salt Lake County, Utah — Salt Lake City, West Valley, West Jordan, Sandy, South Jordan, Murray, Taylorsville, Millcreek, Draper, Herriman, and everywhere in between. If you're just outside the county line, apply anyway and I'll see what I can do.
Do I have to be on camera?
Yes — that's part of the trade. The best videos aren't just about the appliance, they're about the people it belongs to. You don't need to perform or be interviewed for an hour; just be yourself, tell me what happened, and react when it comes back to life. If you're not comfortable appearing in a public video, this probably isn't the right fit.
What if you can't fix it?
It happens — some failures (like a dead compressor or fried control board) aren't worth repairing. If I can't fix it, you've lost nothing, and I'll tell you honestly what's wrong and what your options are.
Who's actually doing the repair?
A professional appliance repair technician — this is my trade, not a hobby. I'm licensed and insured, I work from service manuals and use proper replacement parts, and I've repaired these machines for years in real customers' homes. The camera doesn't change how the work gets done.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Free repairs are provided as-is, without warranty. I fix things properly and I want them to stay fixed — but I can't offer the guarantee a paid shop would.
How do you choose who gets picked?
A mix of things: whether it's a repair I'm confident I can pull off, where you're located, and the situation — a family with no fridge jumps the line over a garage beer fridge. Detailed applications with photos and model numbers get picked way more often.
